Hector was amazing!! Upfront and honest the entire time, not once did he try to sell me a dream. He took a stressful process and made it bearable.

Amazing customer service at Bristol Toyota!! Mike and Jess were so helpful and explained everything about purchasing a new car after an unfortunate total loss of my previous car. Bringing a 2 year old to the dealership was not an issue, Jess was able to accommodate him and made the experience as easy as could be. 10/10 recommend!!!

Our sales rep Anthony greeted us near the front of the office area and stayed with us throughout the whole process of trading in our old vehicle and leasing a new Toyota Corolla Cross. As this was our second car purchase at Bristol Toyota, we were focused on a Corolla Cross. Everyone we met was professional and respectful and made our experience quick and easy.

The best dealership I’ve ever dealt with! The dealership is well managed, and the employees are not annoying, pushy or rude! I purchased a 2021 RAV4 XLE And it was the best car I’ve ever owned! It was a just great experience overall! I can highly recommend Bristol, Toyota! And I can highly recommend Toyota products! It’s been six years since I wrote this review and I traded in my RAV4 that I bought in 2001 for a 2026 model Y Tesla receiving almost $25,000 for a trade-in on a nearly 6 year-old RAV4! I came back to read the review that I left so many years ago and I still agree with it! I love my new model Y but I miss my awesome RAV4! In a way I kind of wish that I kept them both!
