I received a decent MSRP price cut of 7% off of the MSRP. I was doing this the end of the year which probably helped me on that. Despite the showroom being packed, i didn’t have to wait long, and no hard sell tactics which was surprising as i always expect this. I approached this differently this time around and called dealerships asking for the best out the door price before going to the dealership - they cut to the chase and asked me what i wanted to pay, and agreed to my request. Far less stressful than i’ve had in the past so i’d recommend Bristol Toyota for a good deal. i also got a reasonable trade in price as well, so i’m very happy with this purchase.

Real good people too deal and fast approval.and thank the staff was all great people they was able too get me what I wanted in no time... .

I can not say enough good things about this dealership. They are no nonsense. Andy my sales rep was very polite, not pushy at all. There was no pressure at all to hurry up and buy something. In fact I left initially without buying a vehicle. But returned a few days later and purchased a vehicle. Jess in finance was not pushy at all. It was a very refreshing experience. I left there feeling great about my experience and purchase! I highly recommend checking them out!

I won't work with anyone else. Alex was pleasant. John in finance was great, and so were Matt and Paul in management. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. They were so reasonable and fair. We did a little negotiating, but honestly, not much because I didn't need to because they came out fair to begin with. This place is the only place that let me see all the math and made sure I understood where every cent was going in the deal. I loved that! Five stars all around! And we love our new hybrid! Great, no pressure informative sales service

I went to Bristol Toyota to see about servicing my car. It was long overdue and costly. My husband and I were trying to determine if the car which we loved was worth the $$$. Our service person was upfront and provided several options, to repair, buy pre-owned or new. We decided to see what Toyota had to offer. Juan discussed our car which was an old Venza and brought us up to date on the newer Venza's. We test drove the car and we were sold! The Bristol Toyota staff was pleasant and helpful. Everyone was great! We couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you Bristol Toyota!
