The salesman Andy was very helpful as I decided which car I wanted. Today, we ran into an issue with insurance, and he did everything he could to get us out with the car today. The finance manager Jim was also very nice and helpful. Thank you everyone!

Went to Bristol Toyota for first time to have an airbag recall issue fixed. After it was completed there was a problem with my window that I never had before I brought it in. I went back to complain and they went above and beyond to fix the issue and make it right. I appreciate their hard work and helpful attitude to make sure I was happy and fix the problem. Nice to know there are still places that have integrity and want their customers happy! Thank you everyone at Bristol Toyota!!😊
