UPDATE.: 4/1/2020 RECEIVED REBATE $521 TODAY!! THANK YOU!!!! I’ve bought 5 cars from Bristol Toyota n Swansea. one car that I bought in 2019, I traded in gor a 2020 Camryxse. I had a tire warranty on the 2019 Corolla (sold by Finance dept). Upon purchase and trade, I am due a rebate on the tire warrany of approx. $500.00. After numerous discussions and inquiries, I still do not have the rebate. It has been approx. three months+. My son is interested in buying another Toyota and I definitely can not recommend Bristol Toyota. I will be going to court to get my rebate once the societal conditions improve. This is the treatment for a loyal customer??!! still no rebate! 3/28/2020 Update: 4/1 /2020 RECEIVED REBATE TODAY!!! $521 Thank you!!

I bought a new 2025 camry. I went in because i was having a problem with the finance company screwing up the payments and charging me more interest every payment that i made and taking out interest on pricipal only payments. After not getting anywhere with the finance company I called the finance guy at toyota. He told me I would have to come in and be there with him when he talked with them. We agreed I would come in tue so I took the day off and went in. I went in to the front desk and taked with Keith Lincoln, who said he would call them and have them call me back. I TRIED to explain to him that i needed to talk with a finance guy and why. he then looked at the paperwork i gave him and brushed me off. Every time i tried to say something he SNAPPED at me saying "Don't cut me off"! He then decided to berate me in front of everyone and raise his voice telling me that people have called in sick and one guy was out because of a death in the family. I could not believe this guy was talking to a customer in this fashion, especially one that just bought a new car from them. I was pissed so I came back with " So if anyone comes in today to buy a car, you have to send them away because there are no finance officers in today?". Wewll, that set him off and I just wanted my paperwork back. I ended up talking to DJ who was very understanding and told me he would send the finance officer over to me when he was free. The finance officer was also awesome! We talked with the finance company and didn't fix the problem as he agreed the person on the phone wasn't understanding the problem. He said he would go higher up and take care of it. I also did a service while I was there and was very happy with it. The service people there are very nice. I would give this a 5 star rating if it wasn't for them allowing people like Keith Lincold to berate customers. I should have AT LEAST got an appology from him!!!

Bristol Toyota is the best of the best!!!! I’ve had so many poor experiences at car dealerships with the sales people trying to BS you into spending more money. Bristol was so genuine and so kind through the entire process. Abbie our sales person was INCREDIBLE and so down to earth and the finance manager Jesse is super funny while maintaining professionalism. You can tell everyone here is one big family. They really do a great job of being open and honest and truly want you to have a good experience and a purchase you feel good about. 10/10 would come back a million times.

I’ve always had a good experience here before. Have bought 2 cars here and have always gotten them serviced here. I recently scheduled to have an oil change, breaks, sticker and few other maintenance things done. Even though it was “over priced” I still went to the dealership because they have always done a great job. My service came to 2632.21 I had a coupon for 100 dollars off. Well I have never been given such attitude by someone who “couldn’t talk” when you go to cash out had a women there with a small sign that said can’t speak due to a medical condition. The lights were off, she visibly annoyed, which I understand if she is sick. She started feverishly writing down that I have to go back to the service, the service girl said I needed to have the coupon printed out. The man yesterday when I dropped my car off said it would be taking care of. I said to just forget that I don’t understand why I just spent 2600 on service and it’s this much of an issue for a coupon. The women cashing me again was visibly very annoyed, rolling her eyes, heavy sighing, and just took my payment. I’m not one to complain normally but this was really Unnecessary. I don’t think I will be going back there for service or my next vehicle.

Bought a new Camry here cash. Salesman did not tell us many things on this car we would not have wanted. Now we are having problems with these features and are left holding the bag. If you buy here make sure they explain everything to you! You get gruff treatment once they have your money.

Frank and his team were wonderful. It was a long work week (use car for a travel nursing company so maintenance super important) and I had misread the date for my "good-will"appointment. On my arrival, they had every right to turn away or have my reschedule. They took me in and had me out and back on the road in a timely matter with kindness and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend getting a Certified pre-owned they definitely don't honor they're warranty, they make you feel like you're safe then they hit you with a bill that it was an ongoing issue pretty mutch since I bought the car . I was originally a returning customer, but definitely not going back after the way I was treated. Mostly for the fact that I believe being a woman and trusting them, that everything was going to be ok.

I can not say enough good things about this dealership. They are no nonsense. Andy my sales rep was very polite, not pushy at all. There was no pressure at all to hurry up and buy something. In fact I left initially without buying a vehicle. But returned a few days later and purchased a vehicle. Jess in finance was not pushy at all. It was a very refreshing experience. I received a decent MSRP price cut of 7% off of the MSRP. I was doing this the end of the year which probably helped me on that. Despite the showroom being packed, i didn’t have to wait long, and no hard sell tactics which was surprising as i always expect this. I approached this differently this time around and called dealerships asking for the best out the door price before going to the dealership - they cut to the chase and asked me what i wanted to pay, and agreed to my request. Far less stressful than i’ve had in the past so i’d recommend Bristol Toyota for a good deal. i also got a reasonable trade in price as well, so i’m very happy with this purchase.

Really fantastic experience. Brandon was a pleasure, everyone else was super friendly. Facility is very polished. Most importantly they were willing to work with me to match competitive offers from other dealers, were not overly pushy with add-ons, didn't feel like I was surprised with fees or add-ons, and they have an extensive well-run service center built in which we have already taken advantage of for some add-on products. Walked away with a good feeling, and would recommend to friends and family.

However, my most recent experience, over the last couple of weeks while helping a friend, was extremely disappointing. The lack of internal communication between sales and finance was evident and reflected an overall lack of customer interest. Again, not the experience I had in the past.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m quite disappointed and disheartened. My parents & I recently purchased two new 2024 vehicles here. While we love our vehicles, we endured miscommunication after miscommunication during the process from the sales representatives and financing department. Communication that was unclear and often lacked reasoning as to why the found MULTIPLE discrepancies from word of mouth to paperwork. This was my first big purchase as a young adult and I cannot say it was a smooth process. The day I dropped off my old car, I drove my new car home. Due to transferring of my plates, I was told to come back in to gather both my registration and inspection sticker. Since I work long days, my mom volunteered to do the process for me. She gracious drove forty minutes there to wait almost two hours for an inspection sticker. The task was only completed once she spoke to multiple people. When she confronted our sales representative about the issue, he told her that there were other options available. Options that were never stated once to me, nor her, in person or via text. Making it look like the blame for this miscommunication was on us rather than them skipping the part of informing us of all the options. Topping it all off, he seemed to have zero remorse for the incident, never taking any responsibility in the matter. I hope that their customer service improves.
